Your warmth and excitement to quote me a price, pulled me in. The price of the insurance compared to what I was paying, sold me. But the service of you and the staff keep me coming back.
I have my car, my home and my office insurance with you. About 8 years ago my office had a fire. Your response and that of Erie was beyond my expectations of support. The year after I bought my home, the mortgage company had messed up my insurance. The mortgage company was not listening to me and would no speak directly to your office. Your colleague got on the phone with me to talk to them. After they saw their mistake she then insisted they retract my late fee. Once again, beyond my expectation of support. Then, when I got a ticket of driving with 2 ear buds in my ear, you were very helpful about answering all my questions and finding the answer to the questions you did not know. As well as made me feel ok about the stupid ticket.
I’d never used an insurance agent before… just bought directly from the insurance company. Boy did I miss out! It’s been great working with you for the past 10 years! I look forward to another 10, ”
